From your first idea to your startup’s next milestone.
A new idea or a product already live: I help you start on solid ground, find the right direction again or fix what is blocking you.
Ideas that spark. A view that connects the dots.
I like to observe a service, a web page or a way of working and look for how to make it simpler, clearer or more useful. A conversation with a customer can inspire a product improvement; an operational difficulty, another way to design the journey.
A 360° view, grounded in experience.
My responsibilities in customer relations, operations, partnerships, management and leadership taught me to examine a project from several angles. For a startup that is launching, this means connecting the offer, the product, the website and the organisation from the very first choices.
We then sort through the ideas: which ones meet a real need, which deserve a test and which can wait? Your time, your budget and feedback from the field guide what comes next.
What decision do you need to make now?
Together, we examine the customer need, the value of your offer and the constraints of delivery. You leave with explained choices and a next step suited to your budget.
Idea framing
Structure your vision, clarify your product message and design a simplified MVP to test your hypotheses without spreading your budget thin.
Improvement & turnaround
Revisit priorities, simplify features and align teams around the value for users.
Flash audit
Analyse usability, sign-up steps and conversion to propose a prioritised plan of fixes.
Clarity to decide.A plan to move forward.
We start by understanding your situation: your vision, your customers, what already exists and the difficulties you face. We also clarify your goals, your resources and the decisions you need to make.
I then analyse your project by looking at the product, the positioning, the user experience and the organisation, to identify what works, what slows your progress and which paths to explore.
We turn this diagnosis into concrete priorities. You know what to launch, improve, simplify or set aside, why these choices matter and how to put them into action with your team.
Depending on where you start.
For an idea
The needs to validate, a clear value proposition and the essential features of a first version to test.
For a product to improve
The problems identified, the features to simplify and the improvement priorities to focus your team’s efforts.
For an audit
An analysis of the product, the positioning and the organisation, with blocking points, opportunities for improvement and a prioritised action plan.
What is an MVP? A first version to try.
MVP stands for “minimum viable product”. The idea: start small, offer something your users can try, then learn before building more.
Imagine: someone asks you for a car.
As you talk, you discover their real need: getting around more easily. There are two ways to proceed.
Assemble the parts and wait for the end
The parts arrive, but the person still can’t get around. You only find out at the end whether the car suits them.
Offer a usable solution, then listen
Every try teaches you what to improve.
Try
It moves forward. Feedback: “I need more balance.”
Stabilise
A handlebar helps. “Better, but long trips tire me.”
Adapt
It covers more distance. Maybe that’s enough!
Decide
A car? Only if their needs justify it.
Simplified metaphor: each try teaches you something, without having to go all the way to the car. Drawings by OXYGEN23, after Henrik Kniberg’s explanation “Making sense of MVP”.
Example: a class booking service.
Your first version could let people choose a class and receive a confirmation, with bookings handled manually behind the scenes. You observe whether people book and what holds them back. Then you can decide to improve how time slots are chosen or to automate confirmations. Subscriptions, recommendations and the mobile app can come later.
My role: helping you choose this first service, organise the tests and decide what comes next based on the feedback.
Starting from an idea?
I help you define the need, test the hypotheses and frame a first usable version, with a scope and clear success criteria.
Your MVP already exists?
I analyse the feedback, the journeys and the friction points to propose priority improvements and prepare the next step with your team.
A prototype can come before the MVP to test a hypothesis. In financial services, a reduced scope must still meet the applicable security and compliance requirements.
